Multi Currency
Allows hotels to use their own local country currency. Hoteloni supports more than 100 currencies with distinct international symbols and codes.

VAT Tax System
Allows tax implementation for hotels and customers. Since it's a system module it can not be turned off, if you do not which to apply taxes, leave empty the tax number and tax percentage fields.
Allows charging a certain tax percentage per booking transaction attached to your VAT, tax number. Customers, individuals or companies can also insert their tax number during checkout. Tax, percentages and amounts are visible in Hoteloni administrator panel bookings page and also in invoices. This information can be exported via PDF, CSV.

Timezone
Allows for the selection of 400 world locations and timezones.

Invoicing
Allows customized PDF bookings or reservation invoices. Customers can print or download invoices after successful payment. Hotel staff members can also print or download invoices in Hoteloni administrator panel, bookings page.

Export PDF, CSV
Powerful module that allows exporting filtered data from several Hoteloni administration pages example, bookings, discounts, punch time clock, etc.
Exporting data simplifies your business administration and might be a great help for marketing campaigns or even book keeping.

Pay Later - Offline Payment Gateway
Allows online reservations without payment via your Hoteloni website. Customers book a room and pay later via their online account or "in person" during check-in or check-out.

High Seasons
Allows the addition of extra rate percentages to your normal room base rates with no efforts, runs automatically.
Hotel occupancy percentage. Automatically adds an extra percentage to the room base rate if your hotel reaches a certain occupancy percentage. Both the hotel occupancy percentage and the rate percentage can be set by you.
High Season dates. Automatically adds an extra percentage to the room base rate if the current date is between an high season start and end date. You can set 3 high seasons at the same time. Start, end and rate percentages can be set by you.

Discounts & Coupons
Allows the creation of a very requested hospitality business function, the discount coupons. Specially useful for marketing campaigns or to offer as customer care in those special occasions where a discount is a must.
Exporting via PDF or CSV functions are present here since they might be necessary for your overall business management, bookkeeping and hotel reception or lobby customer support.

Paypal - Payment Gateway
Allows online payments in your Hoteloni website via Paypal gateway.
- Clicking the Paypal button customers pay with their paypal account.
- Clicking the Credit Cards buttons customers pay with their credit card without a paypal account.

Warehouse System
Allows you to manage your hotel warehouse items or hotel stock items plus all your hotel suppliers. You can create, manage and delete items or suppliers that are used by other hotel modules like Room Service, Restaurant Service, Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.
