Room Settings

This is the main settings page to manage all your hotel rooms. Create rooms, edit and delete them. Acquire cheap extra rooms if necessary.

Rooms Table

  • Name, the room name or room group name
  • Thumbnail, the room image thumbnail
  • Rooms, the number of rooms in a group or 1 if single room
  • Size, the room size
  • View, the room view description
  • Occupancy, the room total guest occupancy
  • Rate Base, the room base rate or price
  • High S%, the room high season occupancy percentage
  • High S1, the room high season 1 percentage
  • High S2, the room high season 2 percentage
  • High S3, the room high season 3 percentage
  • Rate Final, the room final rate or price including all high season percentages if any applicable
  • Description, the room meaningful description
  • Options
    • Edit Room
    • Delete Room
Add Room Button
  • Room Name or Number, text field to insert the room name, room number or room group name
  • Total Room Number, text field to insert the total number of rooms
    • If you have many identical rooms you can group them here in a total room number.
    • If it's a single hostel room with many beds, you can specify the total number of beds here.
    • If it's a single unique room then insert "1".
  • Room Occupancy, text field to insert the maximum number of guests in the room
  • Room Size, text field to insert the room size
  • Room View, text field to insert a small description of the room view type example, city, mountain, lake, sea, etc.
  • Room Base Rate, text field to insert the room base rate or price
  • Room Description, text box to insert a meaningful room description
  • Room Image, uploads the room image (1200 pixels works best)
Apply High Season Button

High season occupancy percentage, high season 1 start and end date, high season 2 start and end date or high season 3 start and end date are automatically checked and set every hour according to your High Season settings. If you change the room base rate or any of the high season settings you can press this button to immediately enforce those settings before the auto update.
